Return Policy

Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and send it back.

(If you return your item after 30 days by shipping it via DHL with the return label, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund once received.)

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, with the box undamaged.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:
Contact us to request a return by sending an email to support@ohmaeve.com. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Make sure to send your package with tracking to our warehouse. Please note that the return address is located abroad.


Refund Policy

Refund Timeframe:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Amount:
The refunded amount applies only to the price of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Refund Delays:
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us for further assistance.


Cancellation Policy

At OhMaeve, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After this period, the order will be automatically processed and shipped.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the package and complete a return following our usual return procedure.
